We will try to beat our competitors rates within a reason. Listed rate do not include 20% gratuity, parking fees, waiting fees, additional stops, airport fees and toll charges. Additional stops not mentioned at the time of booking will be automatically added to the fare at the end of the ride at $1 per minute of travel time and $1 per minute waiting time in addition to quoted rate. Trips out of beyond Tampa Downtown are $2.10 per mile. Rental fees are due at the time of booking and must be paid by Visa, Master Card or American Express. Customers have an option to pay cash at the end of the ride, in which case all fees charged to the customers credit card will reversed. Passengers are responsible for any damages they may cause to the interior or exterior of the car. Listed Tampa Town Car rates are subject to change without notice during holidays, and City events. We reserve the right to substitute / upgrade Town Car with an SUV at no additional cost to the passengers. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hrs before the scheduled ride in order to get a full refund. There will be no refunds if the cancellation was made less than 24 hrs before the scheduled pick up, or in case of a no show. No smoking or any illegal activities are allowed while onboard any of our vehicles. Driver has to drop off violators at the nearest save location and refuse to continue the service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who shows disrespect to our team members or behaves in offensive or inappropriate way. Pick up time changes to the ride must be made at least 24 hrs before the ride. If our driver is on the the way to pick you up or or did not submit your changes at least 24 hrs before the ride full charge may apply.
