Scheduled rides waiting time:
For your peace of mind and to accommodate any unexpected delays, we always arrive early. Upon reaching your location, we will notify you via text and may call to confirm your vehicle's arrival.
You will receive 30 minutes of waiting time starting from your scheduled pick-up time, provided at no extra cost. After that, waiting time will be billed in one-hour increments based on your booked rate, up to one hour of waiting time unless prior arrangements have been made.
In the event that we are unable to get in touch with you within 30 minutes of your scheduled pick-up time via phone, text, or email to discuss your ride arrangements, we will wait an additional 30 minutes before returning our vehicle to the base.
If we are not able reach you after one hour of waiting time at your scheduled pick-up location, you will be considered a no-show, and your credit card will be charged for the booked trip, plus one hour of waiting time based on your booked rate. No additional waiting time charges will apply, and unfortunately, no refunds can be offered.
Airport arrivals waiting & delays:
There will be no charges for waiting time on delayed flights.
We will wait for your delayed flight as long as necessary, provided our vehicle is not already scheduled for another trip during the additional waiting time.
We understand that significant flight delays are beyond your control.
If our vehicle is available and not already scheduled for another ride, we will wait for your flight arrival as long as it takes.
Please note that after significant flight delays, we may have to provide you with a substitute driver upon your arrival. This may require your patience while the vehicle is en route to you, typically within 15-30 minutes waiting time.
Rest assured, we will not leave you stranded.
No show:
We will make every effort to contact you within one hour after your flight's arrival.
If we are unable to reach you via phone, text, or email within one hour after your flight's arrival time, you will be considered a no-show, and your credit card will be charged for the booked trip, plus one hour of waiting time based on your booked rate.
No additional waiting time charges will apply, and unfortunately, no refunds can be offered.
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct airline and flight information during your reservation or promptly update us on any changes to your scheduled ride.
Please review your ride confirmation email from us for accuracy and contact us as soon as you can to make any changes or corrections.
We will diligently monitor your flight status and make every effort to contact you regarding any flight delays via text, phone, or email.

We are pleased to accommodate extensions to your rental time, subject to the availability of your vehicle beyond the initial rental period.
Kindly note that if your vehicle is not available for extension, it may not be possible to prolong your rental time, and your ride will have to proceed as initially planned.

In case your vehicle is available for extension, you may prolong your ride-time in one-hour increments within a 25-mile travel distance. The extension will be billed based on your booked rate. For extended rides beyond 25 miles, billing will be based on distance and our current rates at the time of your trip. Of course, we will let you know about our rates before you decide to extend your ride.

You have the flexibility to cancel your ride with us at any time by contacting our customer service via the phone number listed on our website.
Please note that our dispatcher must verify all reservations and follow our terms of service for processing cancellations. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation process, our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you.
For a full refund, cancellations must be requested no less than 72 hours before the scheduled ride. You can request a cancellation by phone, text, or email.
Cancellations made within 72 hours but no less than 48 hours before the scheduled ride will receive a credit towards future service.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for bookings or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled ride, and no credits may be provided for no-call, no-show situations. We hope you understand that we have reserved your vehicle for you by taking it off the market to guarantee its availability to you, and short notice cancellations may prevent us from rebooking this vehicle.
However, in certain extenuating circumstances, a credit towards future travel day or full or partial refund may be issued to the same method of payment used for reservations.
Short-Notice Booking Cancellation Policy
Definition:
A "Short-Notice Booking" is any reservation where the scheduled pickup date/time occurs within seven (7) calendar days of the date the reservation is booked and confirmed with payment.
Cancellation Policy for Short-Notice Bookings:
Due to immediate resource commitments for drivers and vehicles, all cancellations for Short-Notice Bookings will receive a Future Travel Credit only for the full amount paid, subject to availability.
Future Travel Credit Only: This credit may be applied toward any future service at the then-current rates.
Credit Terms:
Valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance (as required by Florida law).
Redeemable for services subject to availability at the then-current rates.
Issued in the name of the original booking client.
Transferable only with written approval from our management.
No inactivity, service, or maintenance fees.
No cash value (except as required by law).
Refund Policy for Other Situations:
Refunds (if eligible under Standard Bookings or due to company cancellation) will be processed only to the original payment method.

While we take pride in maintaining a clean and professional luxury transportation fleet for all our passengers, we rely on our valued customers to cover the costs of any cleaning and damages to our vehicles caused by passengers during our services.

Cleaning Fees: For stains and spills left in our vehicles after your ride requiring professional cleaning, a minimum cleanup fee of $375 will be charged. Additional costs may apply for professional cleaning, disinfection, odor removal, and the duration the vehicle remains out of service after your ride.
Bodily Fluids: In the case of bodily fluids left in our vehicles after your ride, a minimum fee of $650 will be applied, along with any additional costs for professional cleaning, disinfection, odor removal, and downtime of the vehicle after your ride.
Excessive Trash: A minimum charge of $175.00 will be applied to your invoice for leaving excessive trash in our vehicles after your ride, along with any additional costs for the time the vehicle remains out of service after your ride.
Passengers Conduct: We expect all our customers to treat our friendly and professional chauffeurs, as well as everyone around during the ride, with respect. Our chauffeurs have the right to terminate your ride if they find your behavior rude or unacceptable.
Prohibited Activities:
The following activities are strictly prohibited inside our vehicles:
• Smoking/Vaping/Chewing Tobacco (will terminate your ride immediately)
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages (any open alcohol containers)
• Underage drinking
• Use of illegal drugs
• Lascivious behavior
• Fighting
• Displaying weapons
• Displaying disrespectful behavior towards anyone during the ride
Violation of these rules will result in an immediate termination of your ride without any refund.
Restrictions Inside Vehicles:
Open styrofoam cups, open plastic cups, and eating food is not allowed inside our vehicles.
Hard seltzer are forbidden inside our vehicles.
If a Hard Seltzer odor is detected during your ride, your ride will be terminated immediately, and a minimum cleanup fee of $375 will be charged to your credit card. Additional costs may apply for professional cleaning, disinfection, odor removal, and the duration the vehicle remains out of service after your ride.
There will be no exceptions to this rule.
Meal / Rest Stop Option: To help you avoid additional cleaning fees after your ride, we offer a complimentary 15-minute stop during your ride upon request. You can use this time to rest and have your meal outside our vehicles.
Reservation Agreement: By reserving your ride with us via phone, text, or email, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.

For children aged 0 to 3, they should be seated in child restraint devices that include a separate carrier or a vehicle manufacturer's integrated child seat.
As for children aged 4 to 5, they should use either a separate carrier, integrated child seat, or booster seat as required by law.
We strictly adhere to the airports' policy of active loading/unloading and always arrive with our own federally approved child seats pre-installed before any airport pick-ups to ensure safety and efficiency.
